Return and Exchange Policy
This policy reflects Saanvi Kreations return, exchange, refund, and cancellation terms for orders in India.

Return eligibility
- Return validity is 7 days from delivery. After 7 days, exchange or credit note support is not available.
- Products are quality checked before shipping and defective pieces are not intentionally shipped.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and price tags intact.
- Handmade products may have minor variations in weave, color, texture, or finish. Such variations are not treated as defects.
Mandatory parcel opening video
- For defective, damaged, or wrong product claims, a 360-degree parcel opening video without pause, trim, or cuts is required.
- Claims without parcel opening video evidence may not be accepted.
- Damage or wrong item must be reported on the same day as delivery.
How to raise return or exchange
- Email your request with Order Number, Name, Phone Number, and parcel opening video to hello@saanvikreations.in.
- For damaged product claims, request must be raised on the same day of delivery.
- If approved, return initiation details are usually shared within 24 hours.
- Returned product must reach us within 7 days from delivery date.
Detailed return notes
- The parcel opening video must be a 360-degree continuous recording with no pauses, trims, or cuts.
- The product must be in the same condition as delivered, with original tags and packaging intact.
- In approved cases, return shipment details are shared by email and customer details should be mentioned on the return packet.
Return shipping and exchanges
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
- Exchange is only for defective or damaged products and subject to product availability.
- For exchange, additional shipping charges for return and resend are borne by the customer.
Refund policy
- After return receipt and quality check, approval or rejection is shared by email.
- Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days as store credit (Saanvi Kreations Wallet).
- Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used for a new order.
Additional refund conditions
- For free-shipping orders, actual forward shipping charges paid to logistics partners may be deducted from refund value.
- Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless required by law.
- Refunds, returns, and exchanges remain subject to product condition verification.
Cancellation policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, irrespective of whether order status is under process or shipped.
- In exceptional legal scenarios, statutory consumer rights under Indian law continue to apply.
