  • Saanvi Kreations reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject an order.
  • Acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between you and Saanvi Kreations.
  • In rare cases where multiple customers purchase the same limited-stock item at the same time, your order may be cancelled and fully refunded.

Shipping charges and timelines

  • Shipping is free across India for product values above Rs 1500.
  • Tentative release or ship timelines are shown on each product page.
  • General delivery timeline is approximately 5 to 7 days after dispatch, subject to courier operations and location.
  • In exceptional operational situations, dispatch or delivery timelines may vary and customers will be informed where possible.

Dispatch and tracking

  • After shipping, you will receive an email with courier dispatch and AWB tracking details.
  • You can track shipment status using the courier partner tracking portal.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to third-party logistics dependencies.

Address and delivery attempts

  • Only one shipping address can be processed per order. Please place separate orders for multiple destinations.
  • We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses.
  • Courier partners may attempt delivery up to three times before reporting shipment as undeliverable.

Incorrect details and proof of delivery

  • Saanvi Kreations is not responsible for non-delivery or delay due to incorrect name, address, or phone details submitted by the customer.
  • Proof of delivery may include customer signature, name, stamp, or related acknowledgement captured by the courier service.
  • Delivery confirmation emails and courier records are treated as valid delivery evidence.
  • Customer satisfaction remains a priority, and support is provided for genuine logistics concerns raised promptly.
